2012-2013 Rates & Fees

Annually, at a public hearing in July, the Board of Directors adopts a budget of expenses for the coming fiscal year and sets rates to cover those expenses.

$5,000.00 per residential meter; District will provide meter

$12,500.00 per commercial meter; Customer will provide meter

$3.65 per thousand over 1,000 gallons

$3.86 per thousand over 5,000 gallons

$35.00 per meter for activation, transfer, or establishment

$7.00 if not paid in full by due date plus 1.5% per month on total past due balances including any taxes, any assessed late fees, termination notice fees, and lien notice fees.

$65.00 per notice, per meter

$150.00 per meter, per shut-off

$35.00 sent prior to lien for accounts 20 days delinquent after date of termination notice.

$35.00 per lien. Sent to accounts 30 days delinquent after date of preliminary lien notice.

$35.00 per lien

$25.00 per item charge plus $15.00 per bank charge, per item

$40.00 if meter is correct and was at customer request

$150.00 if meter is correct and was at customer request
